About Me

Hi, I’m Holly! I’m a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and mobility coach in Denver, Colorado who believes that better quality movement leads to better quality of life.


My interest in wellness started at my work-study job at Lehigh University’s Fitness Center. Beyond experiencing its positive impact on my own health and wellbeing, I realized how much I enjoyed sharing that passion with others. I completed my CPT following graduation and pursued personal training alongside a corporate finance career until taking on wellness full-time in 2018, earning my yoga teaching certification and launching my own training and yoga business. I continue to expand my education to reflect an increased focus on mobility and joint health, most recently by becoming a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist.


Today, I combine my expertise in building not only strength but also healthy movement patterns to help my clients safely accomplish their goals. I typically work with clients in their homes, virtually, and outdoors but also have gym and studio spaces available.


Whether you’re seeking a physical transformation (increasing strength and flexibility, improving posture, balance, etc.) or an emotional one (building confidence, changing habits, reducing stress and anxiety) I’m committed to working with you to achieve lasting change.
